Welcome to reading more about myself, Realtor Patrick Nelson, and how Orange Beach real estate has become my livelihood, passion, and family past.

Brett Robinson was created by my grandfather and his partners in 1969. When I was 14 years old I went to work for my grandfather, doing summer jobs. While in college at Auburn University, I worked for a local cell phone company learning first hand what business sales are all about. After studying at Auburn, I came to Orange Beach, obtained my real estate license and began working for Brett Robinson Real Estate.

My passion is helping people find the best property and the best deal. For many people, buying a second home or a new family home by the beach is their life goal. People work hard and save their whole life to find the right property to put their money into. For me, true fulfillment is building a lifelong relationship that comes with helping each client find their dream property.

Pre-construction is my biggest passion. I believe getting in on the ground level of a project really gives you the opportunity to benefit as an investor. Getting in on the ground floor gives you built-in equity in the property you sell. The people I meet and do business with know that my knowledge of the property comes from the foundation on up. They can trust the investment is sound and will continue to yield a return for years to come.

Orange Beach is a resort style town available for everyone. The condominiums my family built, continue to set the standard for quality and craftsmanship. I am proud to carry on the legacy set by Brett Robinson Real Estate Group.
